C2 Calibration
C2 calibration is a system that automatically loads calibration data from memory chips embedded in the sensors and uses the data to automatically calibrate your scale system.

Live Weight Reading

Step 1 -
Enter today's date (optional)
Calibration Date

Step 2 -
Select the load cell sensitivity.

Step 3 -
Enter the Calibration Motion Tolerance, used to ignore motion in the scale during the calibration process. Start with a value 3 times the graduation size, if calibration fails due to motion, consider increasing this value.

Step 4 -
Set the gravity correction value based on the location of the scale. Click here to find the nearest location.
Gravity Correction

Step 5 -
Enter the Reference weight (or live weight) that will be left on the scale during the calibration process. If nothing is on the scale, leave this value at zero.
Ref Weight

Step 6 -
Set the calibration parameters.

Step 7 -
Perform C2 Calibration.
Once you have successfully calibrated, you are done with this section. Return to the Main Wizard Page
